3. DMCA — Copyright takedown notices

CEENR respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe content on ceenr.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on our Site that is alleged to be infringing, with enough detail (URLs are best) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (full name, address, telephone, email).

4. Counter-notification

If material you posted (e.g., a product review or comment) is removed in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to [email protected]. The counter-notice must include: your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal court in the district where you live.

5. Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with the DMCA, CEENR has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. Counterfeit reports

If you have purchased what you believe is a counterfeit CEENR or PDnation product from a third party, please email [email protected] with the URL and a photo. We work with platform trust-and-safety teams (Amazon Brand Registry, eBay VeRO, etc.) to remove counterfeit listings.
