Where we ship: Contiguous United States only (the lower 48 states + DC). Sorry, no Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, US territories, or international right now — lithium-ion battery shipping is highly regulated.
How fast: 1–2 business day handling, then 2–6 business days in transit. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and exclude weekends and holidays.
How much: Free ground shipping on orders of $25 or more. Otherwise flat $8.00.
1. Where we ship from

4. Handling time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day.
- Orders placed after cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day.
- During holidays and promotions, handling may extend to 2 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as the label is generated.
5. Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of order ship. USPS tracking updates appear within 24 hours of pickup. If your tracking shows no movement for 48 hours after shipment, email info@ceenr.com and we will investigate.
6. Hazmat handling
Lithium-ion batteries are classified as hazardous materials. CEENR packages every shipment according to US DOT regulations: UN-approved boxes, terminal insulation, hazmat labels (Class 9), and carrier-required documentation. You do not need to do anything special on receipt — open the package and use the battery as normal.
If you need to return a battery, email info@ceenr.com first — we'll send the return address and packing instructions. Lithium batteries must be packed and labeled correctly for shipment, so please follow those instructions and use a trackable ground service (see the Returns Policy).
7. Order changes and cancellations
- If your order has not yet shipped, we can modify the shipping address or cancel. Email info@ceenr.com within 1 hour of ordering for best chance.
- Once a label is generated, address changes require a USPS Package Intercept request, and USPS charges a fee for it.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments are returned to our warehouse; we refund the product price (less original shipping cost).
8. Lost or stolen packages
- Lost in transit: if tracking shows no progress for 7+ business days, we file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement immediately. You do not wait for the carrier investigation.
- Marked delivered but missing: first, check with neighbors and your local carrier hub. If still missing after 48 hours, email info@ceenr.com and we work with you on next steps. Insurance covers up to $100; for orders over $100, email us before shipment if you would like signature confirmation added.
9. Damaged in transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening (preserve any external damage evidence), then refuse delivery if possible. If you already accepted the package, see Section 8 of our Returns Policy for the 48-hour damaged-in-transit claim process.
10. Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We collect and remit sales tax in all US states where CEENR has economic nexus, as required by the South Dakota v. Wayfair framework.
