Yes, with no Brand Mount needed. Its USB-C port is a 100W USB Power Delivery 3.0 output (5–15V at 3A, 20V at 5A), so it charges USB-C phones, tablets and laptops that take up to 100W. For a rough count of full charges, divide 144 Wh by your device's battery in watt-hours: a laptop with a 60 Wh battery works out to 2.4 on paper. You'll get fewer in practice, because converting the pack's 18V to USB-C and charging inside the device both use energy.
Plug a USB-C PD wall or laptop charger into the same USB-C port — you don't need a tool-brand charger. On a 100W USB-C PD charger it goes from empty to full in about 90 minutes; a lower-watt charger works too, just more slowly.

Get the PDnation Mini 4.0Ah ($59.99) for a smaller-capacity pack for overhead work, travel kits and short jobs: it holds 72 Wh and charges devices at up to 45W, and at under 100 Wh it can fly in carry-on bags without airline approval under US FAA rules (never in checked bags). Both take the same Brand Mounts.
Only in carry-on bags, and only with your airline's approval. US FAA rules treat a PDnation battery as a spare lithium-ion battery: spares travel in carry-on bags, never in checked bags. At 144 Wh the Pro is in the 101–160 Wh band, which needs the airline's approval and is limited to two spares per passenger. The 72 Wh PDnation Mini is under 100 Wh and needs no airline approval. Keep the terminals covered, and check with your airline before you fly: airlines and other countries can set stricter rules.
