What can it charge?
Phones, tablets, headlamps, GPS units and USB-C laptops. The 45W USB-C Power Delivery port (5/9/12/15V at 3A, 20V at 2.25A) and the 5V/2.2A USB-A port charge two devices at once, with PD, QC, AFC, FCP, SCP and Apple 2.4A fast-charge support. The bigger the pack you clip it on, the more charges you get.
Can it recharge the tool battery?
Yes. The USB-C port is two-way: plug in a compatible USB-C PD phone or laptop charger — or a car adapter or power station with USB-C PD — and it recharges the pack it's clipped onto, so you don't need a tool charger on the road.
How do I read the LEDs?
While it powers your devices, three LEDs mean 66–100%, two mean 33–66%, one means 1–33%, and a blinking first LED means the pack is low. While the pack recharges, the next LED blinks as it fills, and all three stay on at 100%. Press the button to turn the built-in LED work light on or off.
Should I leave it on the battery?
Unclip it when you're not using it, so it doesn't slowly drain the pack on standby, and let a pack cool after heavy high-current use before you recharge it.

Will using it void my Worx warranty?
Not automatically. Under the U.S. Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, a tool maker generally can't make warranty coverage conditional on using its own brand of accessory, but it can decline a repair for damage a third-party product caused, and some tool warranties exclude damage from incompatible parts or accessories.
What is the warranty, and how fast does it ship?
A 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, plus a 30-day return window — email info@ceenr.com within 30 days of delivery for the return address; you ship it back and we refund your order plus the return shipping once it passes inspection. Orders ship from a US warehouse with 1–2 business-day handling, then 2–6 business days in transit — most US addresses arrive within a week.
