Porter-Cable 20V MAX tools only — the brushless tools and the PCCE720 sold as "PORTER CABLE V20*" included: Porter-Cable says its PCC685L works with all of them, and the manuals that print a pack table list its own PCC680L–PCC685L packs, not Craftsman packs. Not for Porter-Cable 18V tools (PC18B and PC18BLX packs) or for Craftsman V20 tools, whose manuals list only Craftsman packs.

What battery cells does it use?
Built with premium high-drain cells, chosen for consistent performance under high-current power-tool draw.
What is the runtime capacity?
5Ah — extended runtime per charge for sustained jobsite use. CEENR guarantees at least 80% of rated capacity for the life of the warranty.
Will it work in my existing tools and charger?
Yes. This is a direct-fit replacement — it drops into Porter-Cable 20V MAX tools, the brushless tools and the "V20"-branded PCCE720 included, and charges on Porter-Cable 20V MAX chargers such as the PCC692L or PCC699L. The PCCR701 radio also charges the pack when plugged in; we haven't tested CEENR packs on its built-in charger, so charge them on a stand-alone charger. It does not fit Porter-Cable 18V tools or Craftsman V20 tools. No adapter required.

Under the U.S. Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, a tool maker generally can't make warranty coverage conditional on using its own brand of battery, but it can decline a repair for damage a third-party battery caused, and some tool warranties exclude damage from incompatible parts or accessories.
How fast does it ship, and where from?
Orders ship from a US warehouse with 1–2 business-day handling, then 2–6 business days in transit — most US addresses arrive within a week. Ground shipping is free on orders of $25 or more, and we email tracking as soon as the label is created.
What is the warranty and return policy?
